1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Clorly ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Clorly is a pool service management platform that provides tools for scheduling, chemical tracking, route optimization, team management, and customer reporting for pool service professionals.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Clorly. We do not claim ownership of your customer data, pool information, or service records. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clorly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and we will provide advance notice when possible.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or within the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
