By accessing and using Clorly ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
Clorly is a pool service management platform providing tools for scheduling, chemical tracking, route optimization, team management, and customer reporting.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Clorly. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days.
